Replacement Eligibility

– Be in its original packaging with all seals intact
– Be reported to us within 3 days of delivery
No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only replace defective or damaged products.
No Replacement for Non-Damaged Products
If the product is not damaged or defective, we will not replace it. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged products.
